Made fresh daily using only the finest ingredients, the poke bar at Waji’s by Uwajimaya features a bright and colorful poke selection including traditional favorites as well as some of our own unique creations.  Choose up to three poke flavors to build your poke plate lunch or poke bowl.  ‘Ono!

FAVORITE DISHES

Firm and almost sweet, Ahi Poke is a classic for a reason. Soy sauce and sesame oil provide a salty, nutty complement to the tuna fish used.

Often served with a bit of spice, Tako (octopus) poke has a uniquely firm texture compared to other fish that complements an accompanying bed of soft rice.

Breaking from traditional, spicy mayo poke adds creamy mayonnaise for a richer take on poke. Sriracha adds a spicy kick to cut and balance flavors.
